Terms & Conditions
All package purchases are final and represent the buyer’s irrevocable decision. Purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Unused class passes may be carried forward only when the same package is renewed before its expiry date.
Class bookings can only be made after full payment has been successfully completed. No bookings will be processed until payment is confirmed.
All classes must be booked online in advance and are subject to availability. To avoid forfeiture of the credits, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the credits being deducted.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their own package expiry dates. No reminders will be provided, and we are not responsible for any loss resulting from expired packages.
By purchasing any package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
A valid transaction receipt must clearly show: transaction status (completed), recipient bank account number, transfer amount, and reference number. Receipts that only display a transaction request, app notification, or summary information will not be accepted.
