Yoga Wallrope practice uses specially designed wall ropes to support, deepen, and refine postures. Inspired by the Iyengar method, the ropes help decompress the spine, improve alignment, and safely explore backbends, inversions, and hip openers.

This method is especially beneficial for:

  • Improving posture and spinal length

  • Relieving neck, shoulder, and lower back tension

  • Enhancing flexibility with proper support

  • Building strength with controlled resistance

Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners, as the level of intensity can be adjusted through body positioning and rope support.
