Spiral Movement is a mindful spinal training class designed to restore natural posture, improve mobility, and awaken deep core support through three-dimensional movement.

In daily life, we often move only forward and backward — causing stiffness, compression, and poor alignment. This class re-educates the body to move in spirals, the way the spine is naturally designed to function.

What We Focus On

Upright – Lengthen and decompress the spine, cultivate tall and effortless posture
Narrow – Activate deep core and midline stability for better balance and support
Arch – Open the chest and extend the spine to counteract slouching
Curl – Gently flex and articulate the spine to release tension and improve mobility
Spiral – Integrate rotation for fluid, functional movement
