This achieves a meditative-like state, releasing all low-frequency energies in the mind, such as fear, self-doubt, anxiety, etc., and awakening the inner state of peace, joy and love. It is also a way to reshape one's body and mind. It is a healing process from the outside in: it starts with the regulation of the breath, which leads to the regulation of the muscles and influences the flow of energy in the internal organs. The whole process is one of purification and remodeling.
